Charlotte Psychotherapist

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

I am a strong proponent of treating the whole person and honoring the mind-body connection. Repressed emotions live in our body and weigh us down. When we move negative emotions through our body, we can let go and lighten our load. To support with this process, I combine traditional talk therapy with body-orientated psychotherapy.
The aim is for you to experience an improvement to your overall well-being.

Helping Hands

10 Years of Work in Social Services

I am originally from New York City and worked in a variety of settings serving people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I began my career in foster care and later as a public school social worker.

I then expanded my focus to addiction recovery and worked at a methadone program for parents. I supported my clients to overcome crises, rebuild their lives, and raise healthy families. In 2019, I relocated to North Carolina and currently serve as a therapist at a drug and alcohol rehab program in South Charlotte.

I founded Queen City Psychotherapy in order to support people during dark times and help them to see their own light.
